In addition to the Linear Belt Conveyor Crizaf offer a similarly manufactured incline and angle range of belt conveyors. The new Piovan Digitemp Thermo-refrigerators heat and cool the process circuit for injection and blow moulding machines. They integrate both temperature control and free-cooling functions, and provide water to each circuit at specific temperature (from -5°C to +90°C for every single circuit), pressure and water flow.

Thanks to their powerful motors, perfectly balanced with the moving masses, it is possible to obtain extremely short extraction times of less than one second, and very accurate repeatability. A robot which can satisfy the most varied requirements of a demanding customer: open mould time (as typically required in the packaging sector) is reduced, and programming of special palletization, operations beside the IMM can be easily done.

If short extraction time is a must and the height of the moulding room is an issue, a side-entry robot is the perfect solution. The three electrical axis robot model TZ-1500HM guarantees handlings with a total cycle time lower than 3 seconds. The high-speed telescopic entry axis ensures an open mould time shorter than 0.7 seconds. For IMMs with a clamping force in excess of 300 ton, the S7 Flex robot is the recommended option.
