In addition to the Linear Belt Conveyor Crizaf offer a similarly manufactured incline and angle range of belt conveyors. They offer horizontal to incline conveyors with automatic belt tensioning assuring long belt life. They are designed with maximum available belt width for optimusing floor space. Crizaf also offer these conveyors with a range of platic injection moulded belts available in standard and FDA quality belts.

The G and ESN series Hot Air Dryers are used to remove surface moisture from non-hygroscopic thermoplastic materials; suitable for applications involving high rates of material consumption. The heater, blower and control gear are fixed on the side of a drying hopper to form a single drying unit.
The ESN hot air generator is a separate unit, connected to the insulated drying hopper by using special high temperature flexible or rigid pipes.
Single desiccant tower models, with an airflow up to 80 m³/h and able to operate with Dew Point values down to –35°C. Process air temperature up to 150°C (200°C for the HT version).
By adopting the honeycomb desiccant rotor technology, the HR Series is able to ensure maximum energy efficiency and versatility of application in small and medium productions. Airflow ranging from 50 up to 300 m3/h, with constant Dew Point value. Desiccant material (zeolite molecular sieves) is coated on the internal surface of the honeycomb structure guaranteeing a large absorbing capacity and zero dust emission. Continuous regeneration process and close loop cooling phase for high performance and constant dew point level.

All kinds of freely flowing materials can be removed by means of vibrating suction head. Even regrind, powders, fibre and other difficult cases are possible. The suction head will balance itself in the material, loosening clusters by vibration. By means of the vibrating suction head the bulk material is loosened and can flow towards the suction area.

Piovans range of single phase hopper loaders for automatic conveying of granules to processing machines, drying hoppers, volumetric and gravimetric blenders. In the three phase version, they can operate independently or as part of a Piovan centralised conveying system.
The Rapid OneCUT Series is specifically designed for beside-the-press recycling of hard and brittle materials. The ultra-slow rotor speed and screenless operation provide low noise level and very low dust level even with the most filled and brittle materials.
The vertical entry robots of the Es IV Series are particularly appreciated in the world for their very good quality-price ratio. Thanks to their powerful motors, perfectly balanced with the moving masses, it is possible to obtain extremely short extraction times of less than one second, and very accurate repeatability. The pneumatic sprue pickers of the Sp-F VI Series represent the first approach to the automation of an IMM. As the extraction of the sprue is guaranteed in every cycle, the separation between part and sprue will always be certain, with no need of visual checks.

The new patented Rapid QuadCUT™ knife design offers four true cutting edges per knife in a solid piece which makes the knives the toughest you can get. The knives are clamped in a rock solid design, including a shock absorber to protect the rotor from being destroyed in a sudden impact from any metal etc. that accidentally have entered the cutter house.
The shredders come in two widths, 800 and 1350 mm. The standard version comes with FlexiPUSH (pneumatic pusher). For voluminous light weight goods, a TopPUSH (pneumatic) can be added. In case extra power is needed the PowerPUSH version (hydraulic pusher) is recommended.
